Guideline for Poster Presentation

Posters will be exhibited on the ANRRC 2022 website around Nov. 1st (Tue.), 2022.
Also, poster presentations and Q&A sessions will be held using the ZOOM Breakout Rooms on Nov. 8th (Tue.), 2022.

Instructions and ZOOM link for poster presentation will be sent to the poster presenters after registration.

Poster Session (Presentation Core Time)

15:45-17:15 JST, Nov. 8th (Tue.), 2022

Former half and latter half of Poster Number (identical to your Web Registration ID) will be assigned to the core time of 15:45-16:30 and 16:30-17:15, respectively.

Poster Award

Winner(s) of the poster award will be announced at the closing on Nov. 9th (Wed.), 2022.

Abstract submission deadline: Oct. 18th (Tue.), 2022

Poster Abstract Format

Abstract must be written in English and should not exceed one sheet of A4 paper (PDF).

Include all the authors in the order they should appear in heading of the abstract and mark the presenting author with an asterisk (*). If there are two or more institutions, use superscript numbers (1, 2, etc) after each author’s name to indicate institutions.

File name should be started with your Poster Number (Web Registration ID) like ‘999_abst_Poster.pdf’.

Upload your poster abstract file (PDF) via the link in the confirmation e-mail of registration.

Accepted abstracts will be available in a PDF file which can be downloaded from the ANRRC 2022 website for all participants.

Poster Format

Prepare PowerPoint or PDF slides (NOT in the A0 size for convenience in the online presentation; less than 20MB, ~10 pages) .

Include the title, affiliation, country, authors‘ name and poster number in your presentation slides. Poster number is identical to your Web Registration ID.

File name should be started with your Poster Number (Web Registration ID) like ‘099_Poster.pdf’.

Your poster will be open on the ANRRC 2022 website for all participants before the session.
